Oxbridge is excited to invite you to our Gather & Grow event on Sunday, October 20th, from 12 – 3 PM at the Redstone Sales Centre Lawn (675 Sunbury Road, Sunbury, 2,500 lots to sell). Learn the art of selling and making excellent commissions on house and land packages (average is $44,000 per lot sold). H&L are also excellent source of lead generation for residential sales and mortgage brokering. With Oxbridge’s access to over 234 international websites selling developments is easier than ever. Projects ALWAYS offer SIGNIFICANTLY higher commission than existing residential home sales. There is no prospecting, cold calling or open homes. Why sell 1 property when you can sell 2,500.
